Ashby Frank

Ashby Frank PhotoAshby Frank started recording and performing with some of the biggest names in the Roots Music world at the age of 15. Twenty years later, he hasn’t showed any sign of slowing down. Over the years, he’s appeared with popular artists such as Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper, The Lonesome River Band, Special Consensus, Ilse DeLange, Rhonda Vincent, Dale Ann Bradley, and many more.

In addition to being an in-demand session and live performance artist with two Bluegrass number one hits under belt as a lead vocalist, Ashby has pinned four “top five” singles for other artists, including Junior Sisk’s number one hit “The Story of the Day That I Died” that was nominated for IBMA Song of the Year in 2013.

Most recently, Ashby has been on the road with Americana powerhouse Mountain Heart, Chris Jones and the Night Drivers, and Jerry Douglas’s Earls of Leicester.
